The staff were really friendly, they told us about restaurants and bars which were located close to the hotel.

Excellent value and pleasant venue, marvellous location near shops and restaurants, and centre of Carmarthen, liked our stay. The staff was fairly friendly & outstandingly accommodating. The bar had lots of outstanding meals for breakfast.

Liked the queen room with a very comfortable bed, and magnificent location in the heart of the town. The meals in the bar were outstanding.

Reasonably priced and ideal location for Carmarthen, near to the centre of town, and the Drovers Arms. Plus, close to Vue Cinema. A wide range of affordable food at breakfast time.

It took only 10 minutes to walk to Carmarthen Rail bus stop. Its staff were lovely and wonderful, I felt welcome.

We had a great time during our stay at this hotel! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of town, with easy access to shops and restaurants. We also loved the cosy and clean rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay.

There were a couple of downsides. there was a bit of mould in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.

The staff here were so lovely, and the location right in town was awesome - we really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this place with a bar downstairs.

The value for money at Drovers Arms was excellent, with lovely rooms and a great atmosphere in the bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave my boyfriend a free drink for his birthday. The location next to the coach station was very helpful.

The breakfast could have been better. The toast was like a wet sponge and the water in the electric water urn was not hot enough to make tea.
